I would raise PF vs a 2bb open in position for value! He could be opening a very wide range trying to steal

As played, fold on river for me! Villain is uncapped, he could have us crushed with anything, sets, straights, 2 pair, AA, AK etc. This is pretty much always for value at 5NL.... Pot sized bet on river is super strong. We have blockers to his big diamond combos so this is rarely a bluff with a missed draw

Standard is a fold. Villain is aggressive but just remember that in the micros players just do not 3 barrel with any kind of frequency, so we're left with examining how much of his value range you beat for this line, and the answer is nothing!

Other options are 3 betting vs a min raise but calling is still fine.

Raising the flop is also fine unless you have stats indicating that villain won't fold enough or has history of 3 betting flop raises.

Flop and turn is 100% standard.

River is a fold for the reasons Turlock said. Regs at this limit are never 3 barreling with bluffs.
