I'd just fold it, it's a tough spot even if you have aces. I don't think you'll see a raise like that with hands like AA/KK if he happens to flat them once in a while. It should be a Qx which he can have a lot of and probably some bluffs. Without knowing anything about the player I have to assume they're value heavy hoping you won't fold a big pair.

Calling also puts you in this exact same situation on the turn where even if you call flop you'll likely have to fold then.
