I would have preferred had I raised this pre over the limpers. As it is I checked my BB option.

With the SPR this deep I thought I could check call flop and peel some good turns. I check fold turning the 2nd NFD which I am happy to fold as just a single draw IMO is not enough to continue.

Thoughts on even taking this as a check raise spot? We are deep and there are a lot of turns I can continue.

Ideally looking for a heart or spade 9+ or anything T+. Backdoor nuts are the best kinds of nuts Cheeky

Defo raise preflop. U have monster hand Smile I would fold on the flop. U are not deep. Effective stacks are only 90bb and u are OOP

I'd raise pre, but once you find yourself in this limped spot I don't mind peeling the flop since you kinda have all the backdoors in the world.

No i wouldnt call to turn a draw. As you can see we cant even continue on alot of the cards we pick up outs on. We have to low EQ in this spot to c/c.

What are the turns you would be happy to call his bet?

@Kyyberi bottom of the post "Ideally looking for a heart or spade 9+ or anything T+."

So anything ten or higher, a heart, or a 9 of spades.

Maybe though calling flop to turn a draw is setting me up to check call two streets to check fold a lot of rivers. Potentially a number of turns go check check and I can bluff some rivers.

So 7s is fold but 7h is call?

Problem is that you just can't get enough implied odds with backdoors for the flop call. Even if you hit something on the turn, it's STILL hard to make +EV decisions with it. And to make up the flop call, your decisions should be a lot more +EV to make it up.

ty @Kyyberi I am trying to develop some kind of check call range to turn outs rather than just flopping obvious equity.
