Is anyone else having issues with the size of the GUTS client, after the update, it's currently at a tiny size with no ability to resize, apparently some users have the same issue with me according to their live support, and at the moment there seems to be no solution.

Just ran the update on my Windows comp and all works just fine and is as normal. Perhaps uninstall and reinstall again?

Maybe the OS you're using if others have had similar? But as Jon said, a full uninstall and reinstall is probs best

is windows 10, only know others have the issue based of what GUTS themselves said, but the clean reinstall worked out
