Still waiting for Bonus and confirmation from Party Poker
Hi Support,
last Sunday I deposited the first time on Party Poker. Same time I gave Info to Ash via Chat that I did it. He said he will give info to Party Poker to retag my account there and give them Info that they should give me the First Deposit Bonus till 500$ (like offered from PokerVIP). On Tuesday I asked again via Chat cause I haven´t received it. He said he will clarify and give me Info back if he get´s it but it should only be some days till I get it. Sended another E-mail on Saturday that Bonus isn´t given till then. Today under my Account (confirmed Rooms) is noted the rake of the last week. Normally this means that Info from PartyPoker is received but till today I did not received the First Deposit Bonus and also got no Info via E-mail.
It´s now 1 week ago that I wait for an answer.
It would be nice if someone can contact me and also PartyPoker that they offer the Bonus of 400$ (cause my first deposit was 400$) that I can begin to clear it. And if it offered then I hope that time to clear is from time I get it cause it´s some days gone now where I could produce rake now. (cause did not produced as much rake as I would do If Bonus would be noted)
And also like noted above there is rake under my confirmed rooms but I´m not shown at the 55k Rake Race so pls handle it.
