If you play on Unibet through us, you may have noticed a delay in getting your rake information and payments to your account over the last couple of weeks.

This is because Unibet have changed the way they handle player information since the new GDPR regulations have come into play.

Unibet now only give us rake information according to USER ID's

WE DO NOT HAVE YOUR USER ID

You need to get your User ID and enter this into your PokerVIP dashboard.

How to do this:

1) Log into Unibet.com/poker

2) Locate your USER ID, here:



3) Go to your PokerVIP Dashboard

4) Select Unibet from the list and enter your User ID number and click Add Room.

If you do not do this you may not be entered into the PokerVIP challenge or receive future payments.
