@MilfGrinder tbf I've seen shoves with q high fd + bd gutshot, and higher stakes, so if we include those in range, it shifts it further to a call, but we are extremely unlikely to see them at lower stakes, and without a player read, I would feel comfortable including them in range, but the spot will be player dependant of course, readless I'm fine with my original post

Was a fun session. Sadly lost a 200bb pot at 50 right at the end with 2nd nut straight and fd vs nut straight.

So I am glad I pulled back a lot of losses with this last session and means I can continue on into August! The games I would say are generally softer on Betfair overall and are a lot more punter types.

On J53 board I think most opponents shove any Jxxx hand there, wouldn't be surprised to see some naked flush draws too. In 3bet pots people at micros usually shove or fold on the flop.

When's the next plo session planned??

Could have done with holding in this one. Sizeable pot and just good for mentality. PLO can be a real killer but trying to keep positive!

So solid short session apart from the hand above...Like I said those spots can really get you down but just gotta man up and crack on. +42 on that session and some rb clocked up!

Starting to think I am going to sack off PLO...I am just really bad at it and I don't have much time or heart to commit to it.

Tournaments maybe? NLHE and just grind it up slowly?
