BV Support will email me; meanwhile I deleted the SN from my dashboard and replaced it with my shiny new one.

There's a nice graph showing now so I'll assume it's fixed?

OK your loyalty points were not enabled as this was your staking account. This has now been sorted and you can accumulate points again. The points you had accumulated up till now have also been credited to your bonus, gogogo! Yes

I thought it might be something like that but too noob to pretend I knew what I was talking about.

Oh, does that mean my rake will update on my Betvictor poker room under my dashboard as well now? It hasn't updated since the 9th Jan. Sigh.

Rake data on your dashboard will be unrelated, that will just be because we haven't had a report since the 9th. As soon as we do it will be uploaded and will populate Smile

Hi there peeps.

I've played on Party poker for 7 days now but no info showing up about rake etc on here. Would you please check that I am actually tracked? I'm sure I registered through PokerVIP but just didn't play there for a while ... I have been known to forget stuff though ... Speechless

Hey Mal, can you check that you have added your login name please? Its the login name that tracks for Party and not the screen name. Reports for Party are not that regular so it could just be that. If your login name is correct and you still don't see the screen name unconfirmed text disappear, PM me your login name + email and I will send it in to have it checked for you Yes

Hi, I've sent you a couple of emails but no reply... How long does a screen name take to be confirmed? I signed up to Unibet about a week ago and it's still 'unconfirmed'. Thanks!

The way screen name confirmation works on site is once you have played on the account and the next report comes in from the room, we upload the rake data and then it is visible on your dashboard and confirmed. For some rooms the process can take a little while as we don't always get reports weekly, so its very likely that we just have not had a report from Unibet since you started playing.

When did you first play on the account please?
