Since PS and FTP are owned by the same company, I would expect any change at site A to follow on site B, like they did when they restricted some of the HUD functions at the end of last year. PS and FTP can transfer funds between the two sites once they are paired (click account in PS software and follow instructions).

I wouldn't be surprised if something like table cap became implemented sometime in the future at PS and FTP, but doesn't look like it'll happen in 2016 tho.

If you want to transfer between PS/FTP and other sites, get some e-wallet like Skrill and transfer through there.
