Make the most of our poker school resources.  Be part of our forum community. Being surrounded by players in your shoes and then also by members who have succeeded will help you with your growth and motivation for the game. Play lots! Volume is key! Always think before acting. 2 seconds extra thinking can turn a losing play into a winning one.  Work harder than the next person. Just like anything whoever works the hardest will achieve the most. Have fun. Playing long hours of poker everyday can take its toll. Make sure you keep some love for the game and enjoy your days off.

With so much attention being focused on the speed, zoom and rush NL games of the modern era of online poker, we've decided to take it back to classic poker and create a series showing you how to crush the regular games at each micro-stakes limit.

At the end of each session, coach Jon will analyse his top tips for what it takes to be successful at each limit!

Awesome. Yeh i loved making the wider opening in the CO videos as the line itself had great success. There is a 4nl 'being regular' video coming out this week so stay tuned for that.

Wasn't just this video itself, I've watched so many of your videos, I'm hooked. The 4-part video series you did on opening the CO wider and defending/3B the blinds wider was eye opening. So many of those plays got through either pre-flop or on the flop with a cbet. I started to expand my ranges a bit more in those spots to attack the regs and it's successful.

Thanks for the kind words. Was there any particular moments/hands/lines which you are unsure about or which maybe helped you the most?

Your vids are awesome, I've learned a ton. I can't wait to submit my own video for review.

@Viper: I have the top of my range and villain may bluff this run out. My hand looks more like 88,99,1010 or JJ so he could be trying to blow me off my hand. He was one of the better players in these games and i was playing solid so i gave him the respect that he may do that even though it is 2nl. We also have blockers so its hard for him to have AA or KK, The backdoor flush i felt was the hand which could actually beat us but that would really just leave AQs imo which he may not 3bet pre.

Just a coment! AK hand vs MP 3bet holding AA, can't you just find a fold on that river? What hand are you actually beating there? 3 barrels in that spot, with that river, isn't it gonna be rarely a bluff? Or a weaker hand?

Hey buddy yep its the first one and will do more if it gets a good response. Yeh 2nl is a place to really home your skills and make sure everything is as good as possible then you head to the 5nl games. I think QQ i will generally always be getting in and AK will be villain dependent and also depends how the action has gone in front of me.

Nice to see a 2NL video, is that the first one? Thinking of going back to 2NL as 5NL hasn't been going well. Obviously to do that I'll have to play reg speed but it might be worth it to re-evaluate my game and get back to winning. Quick question about pocket QQ, you got it in against the short stack, would you do the same for 100bb with no player behind? I know an all in pre range does change depending on the action and players, but generally and with no info, lets say against one player, where do cards like QQ, JJ and AKo stand as far as getting it in? I found on 888 at 2nl it won a lot! But on WH at 5nl no where near as much.
