Part 2: Oscar 'ImFromSweden' steps down to play 10NL cash in this episode. Why? Because you guys requested it! You've said it's impossible to make bluffs and advanced plays because of the opposition. The bottom line is that people believe bluffs don't work at lower stakes. We are here to test that theory! In this video we'll try to make as many bluffs as possible and see how people will react to this - Will opposition play very tight? Will they call everything? We will play our normal game (OK, slightly more aggressive than normal) for the most part because we want to truly see how our opponents will react.

I found this 2 part series very entertaining and it also showed me a few spots (especially overbet spots) in which I could definitely be bluffing more! Looking forward to the next series!

Very interesting about not having a 3betting range in this spot against good players, maybe something to go into more detail in for a future video sometime? :D

imfromswedenon 15/8/15

hehe, yea may be a good idea :)

Hitchhikingon 13/8/15

At 4mins you CC AK vs UTG open - what does your 3bet range look like in this spot? Are you 3betting polarised here?

imfromswedenon 14/8/15

My 3betting range would be KK+/some bluffs like AJ/KQ, and yes very polarized. However I don't even have a 3betting range versus good players since I think there's little value in it and that it's better to increase the strength of your calling range.

Hitchhikingon 13/8/15

100% agree with your assessment that bluffing more is indeed effective at the micros. I'd challenge those who disagree to run filters such as 3bet=true or 4bet=true and look at their hugely positive red line in these spots - if you're getting folds with your value hands, why assume you won't with bluffs? Another one would be to look at spots where you are betting 2 or 3 streets for value vs. regs: I'd bet huge against you getting "called all the time".

Its because when you have a strong value hand you are blocking your opponents calling range.

Hitchhikingon 18/8/15

I'm assuming that our bluffing range will be made up with blockers in mind. For instance, I don't think most of the nits at 10nl will be 4bet bluffing KQo
