Hello Adam. About 3betting the BTN raise from the SB with a rag ace at 18.50, isnt it a little difficult to play a pair of aces OOP on the flop? Would you cbet against a player who wouldnt continue with worse on flop (since he is a reg he probably wouldnt call pocket Jacks for example)? On the other side, if you checked, you would often have to call two streets and fold on the river assuming he d have a better ace (on an AT393 for example), a case that would happen a lot. What line would you follow?

I only do it against regulars, because you represent a stronger range. Preferably regulars who also think you are a regular. Some of the tighter regulars will happily lay down things like JJ/AQ. Against weaker players I wouldn\'t do it. It\'s not a play I make all the time, just every so often. With a 3x 3bet you usually need the play to work around 67% of the time for instant profit. Even vs a 10% UTG open range it can turn out to be profitable.

How often would you advocate 3bet bluffing in position in the micros against early position raisers? It seems like they defend far too often for the bluff to be successful in the long run.
