yeh i like this also. its hard to avoid regs so a lesson on how to own/hide from them will be great

Hey yep sure i can make that happen. We have new coaches joining every month so i will direct them to record similar sessions to what you asked for. I will also carry on doing the micro tank across sites such as party, 888 and ongame.

wow awesome! Yeh totally agree with you on that one. And id never argue with BelugaWhale!!!

We can get in profitable vs a mid stacker and also pick up dead money.

Jon-PokerVIP

Jon-PokerVIPon 15/11/13

hmm not to sure tbh! Maybe i had a reason at the time.

Jon-PokerVIP

Jon-PokerVIPon 15/11/13

Yeh its horrible calling here preflop but vs a shortstack fish who could have any 2 we are probably getting the right price even if we check/fold alot of flops.

Jon-PokerVIP

Jon-PokerVIPon 15/11/13

Thanks yeh i really liked the way i played this hand. Yer i could deffs bet a little more postflop. 1-3 bbs more i think on flop and turn.

Jon-PokerVIP

Jon-PokerVIPon 15/11/13

Yeh checking is fine for sure. I have found myself getting in a rhythm cbetting here with all my air hands as well as nuts. Players can also levels themselves \"why would he bet with a full house\" so we get wider calls or spazz raises.

Jon-PokerVIP

Jon-PokerVIPon 15/11/13

yeh you are right. Sometimes when making a video i get confused and mix my words up. I need to get A high missed draws to fold but also the big bet does get alot of 10s to fold. Also some stubborn mid pairs.

nice video Jon, would really like to see some nl10 at stars if possible since I want to see some spots vs regs and vs maniacs. Why vs regs? I\'m not chasing down regs and try to avoid them, but if there is a really good fish at the table and there is a reg fighting for it, I want to be able to fight back and possibly make money from the reg as well as the fish. Vs maniacs, though that would be hard to find, it would be really interesting since we should open up isolating them but we could get into really weird spots with marginal hands and I think I\'m missing a lot of value. By maniacs I mean bad aggressive, I mainly play tighter vs these guys to reduce variance but I think i\'m missing a lot of value.

some low buyin MTTs would be really really great, i\'ll appreciate it too (though I would prefer what stated above). Don\'t think stars would be good for this (MTT) but there are some sites with daily dolar tournies that last for 4-5hrs vs 9-11hrs on stars... I think party has a daily dolar, titan has a good one too, there is a $1 buyin $750 guaranteed on FTP around 1pm ET (FT server time)

KJs around min 25 that turn is a check in my opinion, you have no fold equity here.
\"Andrew (BalugaWhale) Seidman\'s Easy Game Volume 1; Chapter Three: Agression and the Turn\" This is quoted exactly from the book:

\"POT EQUITY FOLD EQUITY=AGGRESSION
Sometimes we’ll have so much pot equity that we won’t need much fold equity. Let’s
say, for example, that we have Q?J? on a T?9?2?4? board. We draw out so often on the river
that we only need our opponent to fold a very low percentage of the time for a 2nd barrel to be
profitable. On the other hand, let’s give ourselves 22 on an 843Ar board. The Ace on the turn
gives us so much fold equity that our lack of pot equity (2 outs) is compensated by the fact that the opponent folds an extremely high percentage of the time. Most spots, though, aren’t as cutand-dried. What if we have A?5? on a 9?7?3?T? board? Our pot equity is good, but the turn card actually decreases our fold equity, as it hits a lot of the opponent’s range. Even a hand like 88 is unlikely to fold to a turn bet because it picks up a straight draw. It’s the job of the poker player to weigh his own pot equity and fold equity to make these decisions in close spots.\"

AK around min 22, why just 4x when you could be 6xing it to get value from the weak players that call and fold lots of flop, that tables looks like it. I think you are missing value PF. and I would\'ve flat the raise and play IP, maybe higher stakes or vs regs the shove is more ev, which worse hands are calling when you shove? which better hands are folding when you shove? (some PP or hands you dominate comes to mind) which are hands you could make some money post flop. Outplay vs PP that missed the set which are ck/f or get value from worse Kings and worse Aces.
