Hand for hand (alt)

In multi-table tournaments, the last few tables consist of players who are in or close to being "in the money". This is known as the money bubble. At this point in time, tables will begin to play one hand and then stop until the other tables are done with their game before beginning a new game simultaneously with all the other tables. This extra time is used by tournament officials to determine in what place players finish as those players bust out.
