I remember 6-8bb/100 being a decent average at the micros (50nl) and lower, but with the recent rake changes and less fish maybe 3-4bb/100 is more realistic.

For 100-200nl, again I'd say about 2-4bb/100 is fairly decent before rake.

Would anyone disagree with these numbers?

It depends wheather you are playing zoom or regular tables. I'd side with good table selection it is possible to get 5-10bb/100 at regular tables, even up to mid/highstakes. In zoom, common winrate for a regular is 1-5bb/100.

There are some ridic high win rates being posted by some of the best regs at 200NL+ but they're few and far between. I agree with Harvie that if you can reach 4bb/100 then you're doing very well and should be looking to take shots at moving up.

At 25NL and below it's still possible to get double that but if you're that good then you shouldn't be playing those stakes imo.
