- Double barreling at the micros (5NL)
- How do I review my own database for problems
- 3Bet pots at the micros both as the 3Bettor and caller

I would love to see how you construct flop ranges with plans for the turn and if possible the river.

Would also like to see how you study your own grind. I.e. how do you detemine if the line you took was not just a +EV line but the most +Ev line.

Continuation betting! It is very unsexy topic but also super important. One instructor in IveyLeague said that if you know how to play preflop correctly and pick your contination bet spots right, it is enough to win in NL50.

+1. To add on to this - when to c/c instead of cbet flop when we're OOP as the PFR.

If i'm honest i'm always confused in spots when i 3bet something like AJ type hands and flop is Jxx we bet and get raised , never quite sure if i should be going with the hand or not unless villian is obviously super aggro or nitty and makes the decision easy for me.

Seen so many vids where the person in the vid call these hands the nutts and every time i go with them Villian has QQ+ or a set., so maybe some stat analysis from the hud and when and why we should felt or fold these types of hands in 3bet pots

So perhaps a hand reveiw session where we get put in some tough spots with TPTK in 3bet pots. Also is there a limit where you think these TPTK hands play differently.

Thanks.

Calling river bets HU at micros with a non-nut holding. When and who against and for how much etc., etc.

Thank you. Smile

Hello-

Might have been mentioned before but how about making a vid that details all the stats you want for the hand history reviews.

I haven't posted or played enough but for instance I can't find the RFI stat with HM2-the closest thing I have is UO PRF%, but then again I'm not really sure its the right stat.

Or perhaps at least listing the stat exactly as its listed when you use the search feature for HM2.

I'm new to HM2 and I'm slowly learning how to use the software. I'm sure I'll figure it out eventually...

Enjoying the site!

UO PFR would essentially be the same as RFI. It basically stands for unopen pre flop raise. So it tells you the amount of times that that you pre flop raised in an unopened pot or unraised pot. RFI is raised first in, which is essentially the same thing. It is the times that you were the first person to raise into the pot. From the CO BTN and SB RFI is know as steal or Attempt to steal

Total PFR takes into account any time that you raise pre flop, so that would include 3, 4 and 5 bets. I think UO PFR is used mainly in your reports section. For example you can go to more reports in HM2 and add the leakbuster tabs, by position or overall, and it will have a lot of that info. I think RFI is used more on your HUD while you are playing or in your popups.

What you would need more of is the baseline numbers of each of the stats. Basically what is ideal for each of the stats based on the type of player you are. I think if you go to vids and put w34z4l (Adam Jones) in the search section, it will show all of his vids. I believe he has actually done some videos about HM2 and the ideal numbers for a bunch of the stats

Thanks fawltyfelix-

Yeah-I am also looking through this thread to see what the numbers are by the various players and compare my numbers.

I think my first goals (and should be the simple it do) are to open more from the CO & BTN.

My numbers are pretty low-though I'm paying more attention and thinking about what to open. Also my Cbet % in pretty low, I'm playing 2NL right now but cbetting and/or firing some barrels into doesn't work too much-even on dry boards or boards that are usually fine to cbet and take down.

IIRC, you want to be somewhere around 24% for CO RFI and around 48% from the BU. CO might look something like this:

and BU might look something like this:

Yours might not be exactly those ranges but that will give you an idea of where to start.

Yes at 2NL you get quite a lot of people that float and get sticky with pretty stupid stuff so you have to do a lot of Cbet and give up if you only have ace or king high. People will call you down 2 or 3 streets with bottom or middle pair. Mathematically you can still cbet quite frequently on the right boards. Depending on the size of the cbet you sometime only need them to fold around 40% to be profitable. Try and cbet when you at least have draws to something, like straights flushes trips 2 pair. Things that you have equity with or where you equity could improve on future streets.

Maybe some other guys will have something to add. I kind of derailed this thread as it was about W34z3l content. Good luck

I would like to see a Flopzilla introduction.

when sitting in anon tables on Microgaming, wouldn't it be nice to know what to do when you're getting 3 and 4 bet to death from all over the place? These guys are playing like that but dont make the mistake of thinking they're all 45/35/15/10 stuff they aint, they're taggy but aggro and just hardly anybody folds pre to a 3bet or a squeeze it jsut goes 3 handed and now how does my AKo total whiff look?.

Any advice on not getting tilted and playing correct ranges IP and OOP would be awesome since I'm not the only one getting owned.

Aritcels, vids, ranges, just play for me even!

Thank you pretty please Kiss

Hi!Perhaps this is bit off topic.
In your review with TheTallPaul , published here you have mentioned you constructed new ranges for preflop play.
Any chances you can share those ?

From reading and hearing around the forums, I think a nice lesson on lady variance. Smile

I'd really like to see how you properly construct your range from each position and the maths behind it so we can apply it to full ring as well.

In particular the addition of Cold Call, 3Bet and 3bet bluff to the range for each position as you showed in your video on "how to analyse your poker leaks" in Equilab. You seem to have your own custom defined ranges that are not included by default.

Look forward to more content.
