Watched the first 2 or 3 episodes and its ok. Starting slow again like season 1 but i think will be solid overall!

I'm also excited for GoT especially because I'm one of those who people who actually think that TV Show is better than the books (the first book is exceptional, next two are great but book's four and five were a regular snooze fest, I barely managed to get through them). What about House of Cards folks? Next season hit the web a couple of days ago and I still haven't had the chance to watch it. Any non-spoiler opinions?

Yeah I've just started reading the books again to get me right back in the GoT swing. Finished Game of Thrones and half way through Clash of Kings now.

Also ordered the Blu-Rays for season 4 and 5 to add to the first 3 series I already had. Got 50 days to finish reading the entire series again and then watch them all as well. Busy days. But I'm an addict. Need this prick to hurry up an finish the next book. It's actually annoying me that the TV series are now about to move ahead.

OK so this week episodes of The Walking Dead and X-Files - Spoiler Free

The Walking Dead - loved it! Probably the first or second time this entire season I've loved the episode, things were moving along, good action, and looking forward to seeing how this pans out and what happens next for the first time in a while! Random thought but Carol has really been creeping me out lately!

The X-Files - Well, a bit meh, not as meh as the last 2 but still meh, bordering on stupid, well actually over the border of stupid to be fair. Would be interesting if the studies mentioned actually had those results it would make it a bit better but I CBA to look into it plus the fact that it just worked first time... meh. I believe it's the last episode next week so hopefully we head back to the original story of this series, it really needs to be special to make the whole thing actually worth while bringing back!

I agree about The Walking Dead. This part of the season is unusually high quality for the show and I'm really enjoying it. I suspect it's because the storyline follows the comic book fairly closely, but the dialogues also got some polish and now instead of everyone talking gibberish with a passion and frequency of a traumatized theater student only Abraham does that which is fine.

Yesterday I finished the fourth season of House of Cards. Slow start got me a bit worried, but the show quickly picked up steam and returned to the quality it got us used to. I highly recommend it.

One of the best I have seen in a while. Just finished part 4/6 and it is soooooooo good. Very exciting story line, no idea which way it is leading and there will be for sure a second series.

I got myself a JailBroken Android box the other day for £35. I have to say, I would 100000% recommend it. You can stream nearly any sports you want in HD, it also has movies which are only out in the cinema...is it legal? I have no idea

It has a whole bunch of series on it too, I just finished watching 2 seasons of Peaky Blinders on it, we've also canceled out Sky Sports subscription as there is no need for it now. The only downside is you need a fast internet connection and it can be a bit confusing to use at first.

yeah, my old man has one of those - they are canny good for the money - bit of a clart on when they update like, but once you get it set-up properly it's all good really - enjoy!

Season four of the House of Cards. Arguably the worst, I got seriously worried after the first two episodes but ultimately the show regained momentum and maintained high quality. While it didn't manage to keep me on the edge of my seat at all times like the previous ones I enjoyed it a lot.

Daredevil season two. There was something wrong with this season but I can't quite put my finger on it. Certain parts seemed rushed and not very organic. The beginning and the end of the season were a bit messy but the middle part was absolutely great. Performances were also amazing and overall I enjoyed the show even if it seemed a bit frustrating to me at times.

Archer. I recently started watching this show on Netflix and it's absolutely hilarious. The jokes might not be to everyone's taste so if you're not hooked after the first episode or two just drop it.

Archer, funny as hell, recommended
