I can share some hands in the future, at the moment a bit too bummed out. Im just about break even with rakeback at the moment. Havent really change too much in my game but my red line is going straight down and i have no idea why. I might post a session video or something to get some overall view of my game cause i dont think this 20ish buyin drop is just a few hands or runbad.

Oh man that looks bad, how many buy-ins it that? If it makes you feel any better I went on a -28buy in downswing at 100nl and recovered the month after on 40bi upswing.

Damn bro i feel your pain and have been there before...and like Harvie said sometimes worse!

It is easy to sit here and say we have been there and it is standard but when you are going through it, it feels worse than anything in life. A very sick feeling of wtf is going on, why every hand do i lose, when will this stop and then of course in ingame pressure of maybe feeling a bit different in terms of scared money, making bad calls, losing confidence and so on.

Main thing is to get the confidence back and to always have the shrug it off attitude. If you are doing everything away from the table correctly such as studying the hands and stats etc then you have nothing to worry about....apart from if it changes your game.

So maybe look at your graph for the last 3-6-12 months to see that it is just a tiny blip and these things happen, sit down, feel positive and just play the best poker you possibly can!

Go crush it!

Witch coach did you take? I take a 7 Hours lesson with a coach on Poker Vip. His name is Iain Salter. It really help me to improve my game. I win a round 8bb/100 hands since i take the lesson. I had a win rate of around 4bb/100 before I take the lesson. So you can really improve your game. And the next thing I want to Tell you, is I make the mistake of multitable. When I play 1 table win win rate is pretty good but when I multitable, my Win rate goes dramativally down. Some people can handle it and some can't. You should try to look at your stats and see what's your win rate at 1 or 2 or 3 table. And take the decision to play at what you are the best at or what's more profitable.

Thank you for your feedback LecrystalQC! I went with a coach i found on 2 plus 2 that was not too expensive basically to plug my biggest leaks, when i start winning again and get a bigger bankroll i will try to find a new coach. I will definetly look into Iain.

How does your grinding is going? Believe in your Dream, but stay your feet on the ground. If you have question, and if I can help you to improve your game, it will be a pleasure for me.

Post your hands and stats here, I'm no coach but there are a lot of winning players on this site who can give you advice and plug a few leaks. Upload your stats from HEM/PT on here.

I second @Harvie. Use our forums as a resource to get better! It's one of its main functions. I'd look into what @MilfGrinder is doing since he seems to have a good hold on today's games. If your mindset is the issue feel free to ask me anything and I'm going to try my best to help. Good luck sir! I'm sure you'll turn this thing around.

I'd suggest you post some hands and write your thought process on hand / players in hand/ how ranges collide etc, stats themselves will not show the bigger picture, there are ton of player with OK stats, yet they are break even players. You do that, and we might fix some flaws in your thought process that are bleeding money.

Thanks again for all the great comments guys, i will make sure to post some hands here later tonight when i have played a session or two! Also my coach has given me an excel document on my session routine to send after each session, includes to rate my game and mindset and see if i reached goals.

Radziooo88 wins $16.56 (net +$5.03)
Hero lost$5.53

So this one seems pretty standard, Im not to used to playing this deep but i guess i have to fold OTT when he shows this much agression. I assume his range is very nut heavy and if he is bluffing he is either doing it very rarely and probably with very good equity to suck out - so i fold. JJ AhJx straights two pairs and other sets are definetly in his range as well as some KQs flushes.

Final Pot$20

Stahlwolle65 shows 6A

Hero wins$18.83 (net +$8.83)
Stahlwolle65 collects $0.00 (net -$10)

So preflop and flop feels pretty standard. Ott i cant fold given he only minraises. I think i can be pretty calm calling the turn since he can have worse flushes, random straights, random 5x type hands. Also i make the assumption that he will raise many sets on the flop since it is a really drawy board. OTR he overbet jams and since nothing changed since turn basically. (i block JJ) and i still believe he should have raised flop with a set i call.

Ok so i think pre and flop are very standard, i squeeze oop with a pretty strong hand for value and i continuation bet on the flop. The caller calls my bet so i assume he as a pretty capped range. Now, i think he can have 88,99,TT,JJ, straight and flushdraws and some floats. sometimes QQ if he is a very passive 3better. (villain is basically unknown)

OTT is where i make the mistake, i think the best play here is to jam, if we can get like random 8x to fold, and maybe even a weak 9, and we can dominate worse draws and still have 9 to 15 outs vs his value range i think its a good shove to make.

As played OTT im not sure how to play.we get 30% pot odds and we have like 20-32% equity vs his value range. Dont know what to do here really, i called assuming we have some implied odds if we hit since he basically cannot fold if we spike a flush. But i think this hand is so weird.

AJs - I might go for flop x/r and ship it in if villain 3bets. cbet also is fine, rest is fine as well (don't think about folding turn vs bigger raise - he got lots of worse flushes and might overplay 5X).

AQs is really rekt. Squeezing is obv fine (go a bit bigger, 30c open + call to 1.30 at least). Gotta pay attention what SPR will be in later streets - bet flop bigger and jam turn. Turn x/c is just massive spew EV wise. Again, x/raising flop and jamming turn is another option, but I don't like it that much as SPR on turn will be lower and therefore FE will be lower.

I'm on board with folding AA there, NL10 plays really passive and raises that deep are almost always the goods.

The first hands when you had AA, sometimes you can bet pretty small, like 33% of the pot. If he reraise the flop, you check his stats and see if he does this really often. On the turn, I think it's a check, he could have JJ, TT, 88 or a flush. The only hand you beat on that spot is or 99 or QQ? So if you are not sure your AA is still good on the turn, you can check and see a free river. On the river, you make your decision. Most of the time, when the bet very big on the river, they have a very strong hand. When i'm saying big, I mean from 65% to 100% or more of the pot.
