Sadly it does not but this is not the issue - BV 'Blaze' doesn't actually ever run so it not tracking is the least of your worries lol.

The games only run when they put a promo on for it which is pretty sad as it's a great way for people to play the game and also as a company its a rake machine for them....not sure how they have got it so wrong!

BTW jon have you or would you ever consider doing 1 on 1 coaching ? just asking as it is something i might be looking in to in the near future and you are some 1 i could deffo learn from, i learned alot from your vids etc but i feel i could learn so much more in coaching setting where we can discuss hands and strategy`s and even stuff as basic as starting hand ranges based on position and table dynamic etc

Hey i have probably done around 10 sessions in my life and they were OK. Right now its not something i am really wanting to do as i am just swamped with other stuff tbh. I can make the free video reviews and reply to hands on the forum tho!

So i have spoken to all players on skype individually today and will look forward to their replies and how hard they go this weekend. I want everyone to know i love staking players and i want everyone to crush. Just sometimes i get stressed like most so i may come across as snappy or negative. I promise you i just want this to succeed and i am 100% behind all of you. Lets go hard this weekend and make the bed rock!

Good luck boys. Take all the support available from Jon, he has plenty of good advice! It should be an opportunity to really focus on your games and take as much help as possible. The value of coaching should be more than the potential winnings. The training will benefit you for life. I would love to get that level of focus on my game. Having read the thread from the beginning it is really nice starting to see some more green numbers. Jon must be getting closer to the dream team. Hope you guys have some great sessions for the remainder of the month. I am going to try match your targets as a personal challenge. Any one else game for trying to match the pace?

Well this month for me is mainly about improving my game and not volume as such, however if i decide not to apply for staking before the start of next month, or if i do apply and do not get it i will deffo be on for matching the pace.

Ok so hand report in and overall i am happy :). Obviously the team has shrunk and well that is pretty much down to false promises and bad work ethic from a few of the lads. Just constant excuses got pretty boring to hear so they are now free to do whatever they like. Sucks to be in my shoes when it comes to hearing these things and having to let people go....it's like they just don;t give a damn and love to lie. Anyways i love the team i have and am very happy going forwards.

I would say there is no excuse at all to be behind pace right now......one of the players who is behind only started 5 days ago and has 4 tabled so i have mad respect for him. The other 2 have been with us since the start of the month so it's time to get your grinding shoes on and catch up!

So last week of the month and tonight we have the gadget giveaway, the cash drop is still running, top 200 is still running, rake back still being gathered and we have a lockdown this weekend....what more incentives do you need to grind?

Good work guys, nice to see the team streamlining into a better unit. I think you certainly should remove the guys not pulling there weight. Must be difficult setting the criteria for joining, might be a case for making for providing more evidence or displaying a stronger basic game before they get involved?

Is anyone else trying to match the required pace? I started playing on the 15th and have managed around 14k hands. So hopefully if I can keep the rate up this week I can hit 30k before the month is out. All I need is for work to continue to ignore me and allow me to play poker

Yeh i like to give people like 3-5 chances tbh to prove themselves but maybe i should be quicker on the draw.

TBH i am happy to gamble on some players even proven losers. Sometimes a set routine, some coaching and ambition can turn them into a better player than anyone could have expected.

I am sure a set routine and focus would do wonders. I don't have an issue with funding bankroll but was literally considering applying for staking as I thought the focus on my game, coaching and good attainable targets would be the fastest way of improving my game and moving up stakes.

Unfortunately I just found out from work I am going to be in Saudi Arabia for the last few days of June. So my chances of hitting 30k hands by the end of the month might not happen now. So much for being ignored by the office

Its 30k hands per calendar month yes but if you join towards the end of the month you are not expected to hit this. We would just roll over all profit/loss to the next month. It is somewhat used as a settling in period.

Yeh always good to just go as hard as possible. I keep trying to remind players that the 30k is the minimum. Like compare it to anything in life - if you do the minimum do you get any rewards or progress? NO! So if i was a staked player i would ignore the 30 and just be always hoping to double or triple that. Maybe not even having a huge number as a target but to play until my body wouldn't let me anymore.

Looks like all of our month long starters are going to hit their contracts pretty much on the nose. Maybe the LOCKDOWN will help them boost this and hit 50k+ hands!

How did the weekend lockdown run out? Did all the staked players pile in the hands? I had a disappointing end to the month, I only manged 25k hands starting on the 15th as work sent me to Saudi. Ramadan in a country where gambling is illegal never the best place to grind away.
