I couldn't find the correct Thread for Sky Poker.

What is the actual deal for signing up through VIP? I mean I aren't seeing anything different to if I just downloaded Sky independently. I'm obviously wrong and thereis clearly benefits but just unsure what they are.

Also Ive played over a week at Ok stake size,I wasn't expecting a payment or anything from a weeks play but I should have been in the ladder board somewhere. It also shows no rake data and screenname unconfirmed in my dashboard. Does this mean it isn't set up correctly.

The benefits of our Sky deal is that it includes the PokerVIP $55,000 Top 500 Rake Race which brings players an average return of 15% on top of any returns you get from bonus/VIP program.

I would like to check that you are tracked properly. Could you PM me your Sky Login name + email please? On your dashboard, please check that you entered your login name and not your screen name. If the information is not correct, you can just delete and re add the login name.

From what you have said I will assume the account is new, so the reason no data will be showing yet is it is likely we have not had the report in just yet, however I will check this for you once I have your info.

For entering your login name on your dashboard, this is not something that is done by an agent, you need to do this yourself, so please check that the information is correct. It is only early, you only opened the account last week correct? In which case I would say it is very likely the report has just not come in yet, and this is why you are not showing on the race yet, final race standings are not yet in.

I will send in your details to check for correct tracking though and let you know.

How is rakeback paid on Sky?

You don't actually get rakeback anymore on sky! Its just there VIP program! Thought if I remember right if you get 2k points in a week you get a £40 payment!

How it works with Sky is at the end of each week, your total amount of Poker Points is converted, and paid out directly into your Poker account as cash. You can earn up to 20% returns through their VIP.

Sorry for the late response. I am afraid we are unable to get you a retag on Sky. We do offer some similar rooms like Unibet though. You will find the games there just as soft as Sky, if not softer. These sites are aimed at recreational players and do not allow HUDs, so if you enjoy the games at Sky, I assure you you will enjoy the games at Unibet

I don't believe they have hit just yet. One room was late sending the end of month reports for us to finalise everything, so this has set us back. Should be with you in the next day or two, sorry for the delay.
