Microgaming - €0.04 PL Hi (6 max) - Omaha Hi - 4 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 4: http://www.pokertracker.com

Hero (BTN): 131.5 BB
SB: 100 BB
BB: 343.5 BB
CO: 50.25 BB

SB posts SB 0.5 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has A43K
fold, Hero raises to 3.5 BB, fold, BB raises to 11 BB, Hero calls 7.5 BB

Flop : (22.5 BB, 2 players) 569
BB checks, Hero checks

Turn : (22.5 BB, 2 players) A
BB bets 22.5 BB Hero?

I'm fairly lost in this hand. BB is an unknown player, very active with a high 3bet over the small sample I have.

Would a flop cbet of 1/2 to 2/3 pot be the best play there? Our draw is as weak as it gets and I don't want to get raised, BB has checked-raise 6 out of 25 times so far.

By checking back, I'm pretty much letting him bet his entire range on the turn. I was going to call a smaller sized bet on the turn but against a pot sized bet I'm not sure. Is folding here too weak?

I'm feeling like I played this hand way too passively.

I would fold to the 3b and look for more coordinated hands that flop well ... these hands will imo set you up to make mistakes and get "lost" not having clear decisions. If you call turn and he 2/3rd pots the river what rivers are you calling, are there any you are folding, and there are none you can really raise aside perhaps from a 2d2h2c.

Folding turn feels weak but it might be the best option. We are dead to 78xx AAxx and fairly dead or chopping against a lot of other hands. We do have the Ks blocker so this might be an option to bluff spade rivers depending on BBs actions on the river.

If he bluffs us it is not a problem as he is liable to do it again. We can check back some flops like this with 78Tx to pick off pot sized turn bluffs.

Its not the prettiest hand to play 3beted pots with but i dont think we can fold it on the BTN vs a high % 3bet.

OTF i would stab: These boards you will get tons of folds on. Also I wouldnt be to worried about getting raised bc vs his raising range we dont do well at all. I would be more worried getting raised if we hade more EQ in the hand.

OTT as played I think we have a call. He is repping quite thin now. Like AA that we blocks and he can have some 2pair i guess. But we have the best top pair and some outs vs 2p. Also like @Joshk81 said we have the Ks which can come in handy if we want to bluff rivers.
