AQ 5NL

I've been really conscious of being raised and folding a lot more often recently. Looking back through bigger losing sessions and inevitably where I've been raised and called, they've always had it. Obviously it's a Buluga Thoerem thing and I'm more inclined to fold to a turn/river raise.

So here I have a villain who I only have a handful of hands on but appears somewhat fishy.

He raises flop and I have TPTK. Almost fold right there but decide to take a card and re-evaluate.

Turn aces up and check it to him and he tanks a long while before jamming. There's worse 2 pairs, sets, straights, flush draws and combo draws. Plenty I', ahead of but a bit that I'm behind.

Thoughts? Fold/call? Would you have called flop?

At these stakes assuming they are a reg, I'd be folding my hand here.

But as they are not full stacked and kind of fishy, I can expect them to shove worse hands for value on the turn and draws.

I'm calling here against this player type, folding against regs.

Vs a reg it's an easy fold, but not that a reg would often bet almost twice the pot on the turn here.

But vs a short stacked villain who may try to value raise every two pair combo on the flop, I think we can call this off, just about. There's plenty of possible spazz factor here, even if KT does come in.

Why are you guys saying reg? Of course it is not a reg look at the turn sizing.

Snap this turn off once we improve as villain can be overplaying worse 2 pairs or just have a combo draw or be donking around with much worse.
