You got to remember people isoing fish will be relatively strong , they aren't using bluffs vs them. Your in the worst possible position here with Mp and C/o having position on you and the aggressive villain can still come back over the top of this 3bet. I think you should be folding this here preflop , i could even go with making a 4bet preflop to but i don't like the call tbh.

As played on the flop i don't like the lead into 2 players , once the fish folds preflop i'm in pretty much showdown mode postflop with my hand. His river bet looks like value , so im leaning towards a fold.

Thanks for the feedback , honestly i didnt take into account that ppl isoing range tend to be stronger than i expect

I would expect MP's range to be pretty strong since he's isolating a fish from an early position. Of course the later position he's in the looser I expect him to be. I'd prefer a fold preflop.

Once you get to the flop I don't like leading. I'm assuming MP has a relatively tight range and CO should too given he coldcalled a 3bet. When you lead KJ I don't think you get action from much worse. Remember both their ranges can potentially have hands like AA, KK, QQ, JJ, AJ and when you lead into 2 players in a 3bet pot you're likely not getting action from anything worse than a Jx. Sometimes these players might have QJ JT but just looking that those 2 lists there are way more hands that beat you than there are that you beat.

There is a small amount of value from getting villains to fold stuff like AK/AQ on the flop but I don't think it's enough to justify a lead.

River is kinda tough because it's such a small bet, but since he called on the flop his range should be pretty strong so I think you can find a fold. I think for it to be a call villain has to be floating super wide on the flop and I don't think that's the case.
