FR NL100 AKo

Posted 9 years ago

V is pretty ABC, 23/13 over 700 hands. Ft3B 56%, FtCB 70%. I'm in SB with AKo, and normally I'm fine with flatting here, but when 18/3 BTN limped along, I just couldn't help myself. (In retrospect letting his weak Ax and Kx get away pre is probably a mistake.) Flop hits V's range smack-on, but it gives me gutshot and BDFD, and 2 probably dirty overs. Possible plans are cbet, c/c, c/f. Thoughts?

I check most of my range on this texture. We should check/call at least one street though given its MP1vsBB. I am check/calling at least one street though.

Firs of all, HAHA full ring (sorry could not help myself).

I like Trolllord's comment, I would usually check the flop and call at least one street. Expecting to get raised often if I lead and I'm gonna fold.

I agree with this.

One thing I noticed was your pre flop sizing. I think you should make it slightly larger vs 2 opponents.

Tx guys. Flop checked around, turn he bet, river checked around. AJs, pretty much played according to plan. I would have had to pound it at least twice to get him off it.

Strat you're right about bet sizing. Good point.
