NL30-snap, AKs

Posted 10 years ago

Should I ever go all in like this preflop when I have AKs and face a 4bet?
I normally don´t but this time I did.
No stats, but his stacksize looks like not a reg.
His stacksize was around 80BB.

5bet normal size?
Flatcall?
5bet all in?

BTN vs CO isn't going to be a bad stack off with AK QQ against an unknown in 6Max most of the time.People will generally 4 bet bluff more than they're average OOP too.

But against an 80bb stack opening from LP, I'm more than happy to get this in without any worrys.

5b shove is better than a small 5b unless you have reads villain will 6b spew. We make money with AK here by shoving and villain foldind. I would stack up to 120bb here and not even think about it unless I have clear reads villain is a super not or he will 6b shove spew.
