Flat vs MP reg is w/e, BTN is fish, but has fast played his value hands (with pot/pot w/ flopped nFlush). SB is reg who has been donating to BTN.

I'm fine with your initial flat.

I think this is a spot you need to give a ton more info. What kind of fish? 90/50? 60/10? 35/15? What about sb? There are plenty of types of regs. aggro 3bettor? Has he played any other hands in a way that indicate he's tilting?

I agree with @Komododragonjesus. Not enough info to be certain what the best play is though by default I'd lean slightly towards folding.

Ok, so here is more info.

MP is tight 18/14 reg.

BTN - just 41 hand (probably was less at the time hand was played), 69/23, 3bet 17.6 (this is maybe 2-3 3bets?). Been running hot and hitting. Apart from pot/pot with nuts, witnessed a hand where he x/c 899ss F, overbet donk jammed 5.5$ into 3$ Js Turn with J8o no FD.

SB - 26/18 with TOT 3bet 5.6, and SB 3bet 7.8, SB squeeze 14.3 (21). Got nothing about 4bets. He's been loosing to fish, so I assumed he's getting tilted and opening up a bit. Few hands before he was BB with K10dd, I opened BU 2bb, Fish from SB 3bet to 7bb and he cold called 3bet. I folded. Rest of hand

Fish had AQss for the nuts.

Fold I reckon. He's not just playing back vs a fish there is still UTG and your flat.

Calling is tough. Even vs a wide range your equity will be hard to realise and min 3bet from fish could yet be rejammed as he was doing this with AA to keep people in the pot.

I think you will be hard pressed to rep anything on a jam as a bluff and JJ can't be for value can it?

I reckon SB gets his QQ or AKs stacked by KK+ from the BTN just for the lolz. Then you print money against fish and super tilted reg.

Feels like a fold. Even with SB possibly playing back at the BTN I would assume that he would pick a better spot than when MP and CO are still in the pot and aware of the dynamic.

I'm also not sure I would expect him to bet so big if he intended to fold to a shove from you or MP.
