Does this hand look played ok?
Preflop is a bit difficult but I think a flat is fine?
His turn bet I call since he doesn't rep much. But the river run out isn't good sadly.

Me(SB) $11.32
Player 4(BB) $11.52 - VP:20 PFR:17 AF:Inf. W:0| STL:25|86 3B:13|100 CB:0|100 N:2 Hands:30
Player 6(UTG) $13.71 - VP:17 PFR:17 AF:Inf. W:0| STL:50|80 3B:8|100 CB:100| N:0.21 Hands:30
Player 1(CO) $10 - VP:11 PFR:11 AF: W: STL:100|100 3B:0| CB: N:0 Hands:9
Player 2(BTN) $46.32 - VP:23 PFR:13 AF:Inf. W:40|50 STL:67|60 3B:9|100 CB:0|100 N:0.39 Hands:30

Pre Flop: Me(SB) with [Ts,Tc]
Player 6(UTG) folds,
Player 1(CO) folds,
Player 2(BTN) folds,
Me(SB) raises 0.25,
Player 4(BB) raises 0.90,
Me(SB) calls 0.70

Flop: (3h,Qc,3c)(2 players)
Pot - 2
Me(SB) checks,
Player 4(BB) checks

Turn: 4h (2 players)
Pot - 2
Me(SB) checks,
Player 4(BB) bets 1,
Me(SB) calls 1

River: Ks (2 players)
Pot - 4
Me(SB) checks,
Player 4(BB) bets 2,
Me(SB) folds

Final:

I think your line is fine.

It's an option to bet small on the turn for protection, but it can make the river awkward when we check and he decides to bet.

I think you played it fine given the fact that you're out of position. I might prefer to bet the turn vs. some players, but check is probably better vs. reg-ish players especially on this texture because you can't really vbet against much and you don't care about folding out overcards with just one card to come.
