I'd have made it 50cents pre flop and then shoved on any flop because their stack size is so small. Post flop you can't really fold as it is so it's fine. Would just call rather than raise flop as we fold their bluffs by shoving.

I've been experimenting with smaller 3 bet sizes to see if I get as many folds for a cheaper price without hurting how much value I get from my premium hands, but here the stack size over rides everything else. Like Harvie said, you're just never folding, so make sure you have less than a pot size bet left on the flop and go with it.

35c would be the least I would like to see preflop in position and 40c OOP, in normal circumstances.

I'm not sure if I agree with going larger preflop. Against such a short stack I quite like the smaller three bet. Villain is going to stack off when they flop anything at all given their sizings so if we ever make him fold preflop it's a disaster for us. Flop I would be leading very small myself then trying to induce some bluff jams. By small I mean REALLY small, like 10-15c or so. Then going a similar amount on the turn, then jamming river if villain hs not put the money in themselves by then.
