Squeezing preflop has to be the highest EV play barring some fringe table line-ups. As for the flop, you might want to check AK on this board texture in some situations but not vs. two opponents in a relatively low stack to pot ratio situation. Turn cards is actually a relative blank given how unlikely straight combos are (one or two gappers like 96 and J9 might not even be in the villain's range for preflop call vs. 3bet). Some two pair combos maybe got there, but there's also a chance that this 8 added a gutshot to villain's hand (JT, KJ, 76 etc.). Lastly, while turn raise at micros is usually a strong play you're getting 4 to 1 odds on your call in a very low stack to pot ratio situation. You're not blocking many combo draws and semi-bluffs (As is still out there) and with odds that you're getting you have to be right rarely to still make this +EV. Sure you'll see your opponent with TT, KT, 77 (sometimes 88) here plenty of time and that might skew the optics of this spot, but all the potential semi-bluffs and pair + combos that villain might be doing this with, should make up for the top of his range and then some. I'd definitely fold this turn in a single raised pot with deeper stacks behind but here call should be +EV in the long run.
