BB was closing action to a minsteal. He can have lots of 8s, T8s, A8s, etc. You didn't give us any read on him so I'm not going to rule out these hands, and w/o reads no idea how he plays bottom pair otf.

River is a check honestly. We are tying to get called by J10/JQ hands which I don't think there are enough of. We can also just get check called here by any K.

Think I'd chk behind here, Kx multiway can play chk/c a lot from OOP, especially SB who seems on the weaker side.
Not even sure if I'd call a bet either tbh if one of the villains did bet out river.

I read this through and tbh I still have no clue whether we are bluffing or value-betting.

Anyway, turn call ends up being marginal just because we are 3-way, but probably ok. River is just a check. Hand is not strong enough to value-bet and too strong to turn into a river bluff.
