This hand should be an easy let go to 3 barrels right?
The thing is, this guy was barreling often with sub par hands I found over the night. At this point I just went with the fold.
All the more was that the flush came in and he still went at it...
So my question is... how do you deal with this spot vs guys that just barrel farrr too much? Is this still too light a call or what? I feel like he was running over me a bit in the early session.

Yeah this is a fold vs triple. He might have been running you over. I'd just leave if you feel like that rather than risking talking yourself into hero calling his triple from UTG with a pair of J's on a paired, flush completing runout.

Sucks if he had AQ or something but the chances are he has you beat I think. His range when it gets to the river is going to be pretty strong. I guess if you know he barrels off light then maybe but I'd not be making that call unless I'd seen him fire the river with nowt or a had a lot more hands on him.

The biggest adjustment I make to these players types is to call with a tighter range (hands that make good top pairs, fold low cards) and when I hat, to call down lighter.

JT would be a hand I may 3bet or fold if I'm expecting them to 3 barrel as if we hit top pair our kicker isn't so strong.

I see someone gave your post a -1. So whoever it was can you please give an explanation of why you disagree with what @Harvie said. Thanks Smile

Yup, we can't be calling down top-pair-weak-kicker at these limits when facing a three-barrel generally. Also the river card is brutal, he'll struggle to have that many bluffs here, and he's certainly not going to be betting worse for value. So easy laydown.

I still folding AJ to three barrels here. You're just never good often enough when a lot of players won't even three barrel TPTK for value a lot of the time.

It's unlikely villain has 4x but all the overpairs and better Jx will make up a decent part of his range for betting on the river even if the flush card doesn't even come in.
