I don't like 4betting AQ for value because so often they fold all worse hands and carry on with AK+ and better. Call pre flop looks fine.

Our only options I think are to shove or fold as we don't have odds to call and hit our draw. Shoving offers little FE but we have 50% against KK and a little less against AA.

I'd go ahead and shove here as I do expect some Jx hands to play this like also.

Hi Juan, I stuck this into equilab and got his range JJ+, AQs+, KTs+, QJs+. If we agree on that then it's a flip but I am open to being corrected.

So yes, as Harvie suggests, it looks like a go for it or fold situation for me (I probably would go for it), I think calling would be the worst option.

Pretty obvious all in with two overs and the nut flush draw. We can never fold here otherwise we would just be getting so heavily exploited

Calling is definitely best pre. Villains in the micros sometimes 3 bet and squeeze extremely wide but their 5 bet range will be hyper tight so you're never getting it in good.

If he's doing this a lot then I would imagine that he has a ton of worse Ax combo which is gravy when you both make top pair.

If you want a 4 bet bluff range look at the weaker suited Ax and Kx hands.

Calling pre is fine. I don't really like to 4bet AQ unless I have a specific reason because I don't really know why I am doing it. And how it makes opponents react with the hands we dominate.

I expect to have 36% equity at worst. But I don't think fold equity is gonna matter here, so it's either gamble or fold, do you feel lucky? Wink
