Folding river as I don't expect them to have any bluffs in their range. Your line looks super strong which reduces the chances of them bluffing with air as you're not folding too much.

45 3x, 23, A8, 22,33,88 all within their range for someone with a 70% vpip be it over a small sample.

I'd be folding this hand 100bb deep, 160bb it's an easy fold IMO.

Well played hand throughout overall, I like your sizings on each street to be looking for max value vs his worse Ax. I don't think I do anything different here from what you have done.

On the river when we get raised like this I think we have a reluctant fold on our hands. It's very difficult to put villain on a hand here, but against what seems like a fishy/passive player it is hard to see how we are ahead here ever. I cannot imagine villain jamming a worse single ace hand here and it is nearly impossible for him to be outright bluffing. Hands like A3, some other 3x if villain is truly playing a 71/0 style, slowplayed straights, these are all possible I think.

I would normally be ignoring the HUD stats for only 18 hands but 13/18 played and none raised is likely an accurate read he's passive and bad in general.

I like the big river bet adjusting for who you're playing against but this can only ever be a fold against a shove. Like Harvie said, it's not even important we're 160bb deep, the fact that a passive player is raising past the flop and we only have a one pair hand makes this a clear laydown.

The only thing I would have done differently is to make the turn bet larger heads up against the fish.
