Calling the 4bet and shoving are both out of the question read less.

After you 3bet the only realistic option you have here is to fold.

AQ is a very bad hand to shove as so often you'll be a dog to AK, calling also sucks because if you do hit your A or Q, you really have no idea where you are in the hand.

Your 3bet/fold looks good.

that's what i felt the best option was, just feels fishy to 3bet fold a hand like this.
