Personally, I would probably fold because in my experience passive opponents rarely raise on the turn or on the river without two pair or better. I am not sure about that tho.

I would bet the turn for value but my sizing woould depend on what I know about the player. I would target TPTK for 3 streets vs some players and only bet between 1/3-1/2 pot on the turn vs others and check fold the river. It depends a lot. Vs an unknown I would bet half pot.
