What to do on the turn vs his back raise? Villain is a reg that plays 37/30/7.2. CO RFI 35% and cbet flop 47% and 38% turn CB. This site is only 5 handed so stats is looser in general.

Blinds $2.50/$5

UTG Player2 $642
CO Player3 $2,275.13
D Hero $1,288.67
SB Player5 $1,011.94
BB Player1 $953.75
Preflop $7.50

Hero is BTN 66
1 fold, Player3 raises to $17.50, Hero calls $17.50, 2 folds

Flop $42.50 J63
Player3 bets $31.87, Hero calls $31.87

Turn $106.24 4
Player3 bets $70, Hero raises to $210, Player3 raises to $600, Hero ?

I think I'm jamming here on the turn, the only reason to call would be to keep in any potential bluffs and try get max value by allowing him to bluff jam the river. I dont think villain will bluff jam river very often based on stack sizes, you'd be getting roughly 3 to 1 and clearly have a hand once you call the turn. Yes he can maybe have some back door flush draw with gutter or something along those lines but he only jams if he binks in my opinion and if your already beat then so be it. JJ likely but that can definitely be checked on the flop a high percentage of the time, QQ+ all in his range and we know people hate to fold/overplay AA (myself included), 33 - 44 very likely, 57s get in vs that and bink the river Wink

I wouldn't expect villain to be playing a hand like 54s or a turned flush draw this way. So with JJ and 75s being possible with so much money behind I would only call.

Of course that now begs the question of what to do if villain shoves the river. With such nitty flop and turn aggression stats I'm really leaning towards this being nutted value almost all the time. Villain doesn't look like a competent reg, nor somebody who is bluffing post flop much, so I would shout fold.
