Yo yo dudes!

Value bet river or too thin?

No reads on villain! Suspect him to be have decent strength after calling flop and turn with a player behind him still to act

8 & 9 complete a few 2 pair hands, sets & straights... Can't get value from any other T's that we beat other than JT... So check, correct?

I'd go a bit smaller on such a dry flop but it's not a big deal.

Turn looks good.

I'd check behind river. You are correct, sir. On this runout it's unlikely you get called by anything worse than Tx when you bet a 3rd time. If we look at the range of Tx people are typically playing out of the small blind it might look something like T9s-KTs, maybe some T8s if they're loose or AT if they're passive preflop. Then the 8 and 9 roll off you no longer get value from T8 T9 and you chop or lose to QT KT AT plus any hand better than 1 pair. That leaves pretty much only JT and that's too thin of a range to be betting against.

Pretty easy check back as very little that we beat will call us and I don't think we need to turn our hand into a bluff either.

At 10nl, in my opinion/experience we should be 60/70% pot betting the river.
The players at these stakes will let you know way before the river if they hit top pair or better on the flop especially out of position.
For me it's 3 streets of value and yes I know people will say we're beat by a bigger kicker but most of the time these kind of players especially at these stakes will be calling 3 streets with mid pair or worst!
I would be confident of winning the hand here most of the time with top pair.
I think we're very prone in this game to only remember the times when they have a set/ over pair etc which makes us play passive.
