I usually treat min donk bets as checks , so id raise this on the flop. Then just decide whether or not to carry on the aggression and barrel turns or take your free card when they check. I think a good place to begin with barreling is , barrel when your equity improves on the turn and don't barrel when your equity doesn't improve.

I'd just call the river and take note, we have to call so little and could very well win with AKh here. @LFCchris line on the flop is fine to raise and consider it a check too.
