Hi there. Since the new update the cashback function at the cashier disappeared. How do I know that I am still tracked for getting rakeback?

Natural8 are still migrating things in the background. Tracking and what RB players get are part of this migration. The upgrade is still ongoing so please be patient. Any RB that has not been settled up yet, will be done so once the upgrade is complete.

As per Tom's reply above, the Natural8 migration to Neteller has affected the player tracking as well as rakeback, once this is complete full service will be restored

The rake race is often finalized by no more than 14 working days post month so I am sure everything will be updated accordingly.
