10nl...i need a site with good traffic...microgaming is good...but can be reg infested at times...but fishy at others

The anonymous tables on Microgaming are very soft, even the reg tables at 10nl, its tight between those and Party I'd say. Probably Party would have the slight edge, but both are great choices for soft games in my opinion and both have good traffic.
