In answer to the 9568ds, it's not hand I open utg+1, or more accurately a hand I try not to open, given the likely outcomes we experience from opening in early position, we are either faced with a multiway spot, with a hand that plays far better in a heads up spot, rather that multiway, given the flush and straight domination issues with this hands, or we get 3bet. If we get 3bet we are faced with two options, the first is to fold and surrender 3.5bb, or 350bb/100, by calling we are saying that the call is more profitable than losing 350bb/100 and it will be, we are likely to have a winrate or around -100/-120bb/100 with the call, but the point is that it's not a profitable call it's a less -ev call
As for postflop, in a vacuum, I really don't think our opponent will have many suited rundowns, given we have been 3bet having opened in early position, and I am surprised to see QQxx 3bet here, granted we do not have any nut outs here, but we do have range adv, so I'm more in favour of raising here, and applying pressure to the bare KKxx, AAxx hands that bet fold this board, that being said a fold is fine as well, I just feel a call is the worst option of the 3, and a raise or fold line on flop would make sense.
