Cold deck

The term is usually used to explain very unlucky situations, where two (or more) players have big hands that they cannot get away from. It originates from the form of cheating where a cheater deals from the previously fixed deck. When the deck is secretly introduced during the game, the cards will feel colder than those that were used for playing during a longer period of time.
Example: I had such a cold deck last night, ran my Kings into Aces twice and then busted when I ran my middle set into the top set of another player.
