My personal thoughts

For the first time ever the player cannot get fucked in anyway possible. You do not have to worry about what other people in the race are raking, you can set goals and know what you get when you achieve them and you will always know how much profit you will make from this challenge each month.

Returns are higher as a %. It is set in stone and you can just go play some poker and earn heaps of money.

what if i rake $800 a month?i get the $45 or somewhere in between $45-$100?

Hi Kuayteowkid,

In your example you would earn $45. However if you raked $200 more then you would earn $100.

If you are close to a tier then it's definitely worth grinding that little bit harder 😄

Guys, as a micro - mid stake cash game grinder this is exactly what you need. Rake is a huge part of your earning at those stakes and this is about as good as it gets in today's climate, if you don't find motivation from something on offer like this then you shouldn't be playing the game. Set yourself some goals, push yourself to the limit in terms of volume and reap the rewards, its a no brainer!

This is a good promo, but I have one worry, the reporting, so many times in the past I have looked at my stats, and they have said xxx only then to be revised down. Think it would be a better idea to say if you hit the 2.5k pts tier for $20 to then payout every point above this at that rate up to the next tier so 4,999k pts.

@Gus Fring that makes sense but as for the reporting we get the exact rake straight from the rooms and if I was a player I would never leave it that close...

But we will take this on board and it is all about trial and error....we wanted to do something for the players and something no one else is doing so there will always be some teething issues!

What target are you aiming for btw?

I was going to try and push it and go for the 10k, but Sky isn't like other sites, where you have hem so can get a good idea what you have raked, or say a site where you can accurately work out what rake you paid from the points you have accrued ie Party/Bwin. But on Sky its much harder to work out what you have raked because they have different earn rates for mtts and cash, and even if you just play cash, it gets further complicated because of Jump Start and you earning 50% more points if its 3 handed or less.

Their customer support (live chat) is decent so guess you could just ask them anytime? Would be accurate also!

We will no longer be working with SKY poker moving forwards (OCT 1st onwards) as they have decided to stop paying affiliates entirely. It is a weird move on their part and somewhat illegal so we are working on it.

However your challenge will be paid out just fine and Sky support can give you rake reports when needed....rly sorry for it to be a pain.

Yeah Party never did it to us but 888 did...they cancelled our 'lifetime revenue share' and paid out a CPA....we stopped working with them early this year and recently the UK gaming board fined them £10mill for some things and other bits are now coming out about them...crazy how greed ruins these companies.
