Last night off the top of my head i:
- Bike for 2KM
- Walked to gym and back
- 3 sets of 10 reps shoulder press
- 3 sets of 10 reps chest press
- 3 sets of 10 reps bicep curls
- 3 sets of 10 reps flys (machine)
- 3 sets of 10 reps pulldowns (machine)
- 3 sets of 10 reps leg curls (machine)
- 3 sets of 10 reps leg extensions (machine)
- 3 sets of 10 reps bicep curls (dumbbells)
- 3 sets of 5 reps DB flys
- 3 sets of 5 reps ...not sure what this is called but when you bring the DB infront of you from hips to shoulder height)
- 3 sets of 10 reps barbells bicep curls
- 3 sets of 10 reps deadlifts
- 2 sets of 10 reps inclined bench press
- 1 set of 10 reps inclined bench press narrow grip
So yeh quite a work out and got the whole body involved!
