prolly would call, since after his turn xb i perceive his range bluff heavy. First why not to bet there all his value hands? 2nd Wont you at least consider bet ting there (lets say 1/2PSB maybe even 2/3PSB)to be a bluff? Q-scary? More like GREAT. wouldnt agro player bluff that card there? C'mon

Pre and flop: Standard as you said.

Turn: I would interpret the check typically as weakness, but it's not impossible that he is checking back some AA/KK/QQ type hands here. QQ check back for deception and AA/KK checkback for pot control when the flush draw hits.

River: QQ, some flushes and potentially his overpair hands could play this way. I would assume he would not be going this large though with most of these hands which is just confusing the hell out of me. When I'm really confused about villains line and I have strong showdown value I usually end up calling and taking a note, when liens don't make sense there is always a decent possibility of a bluff so I don't think the call can ever be terrible, but we are probably going to be beat here quite often as well. Very awkward spot overall.

At this stakes, you can find a lot of info based on sizings.
Flop 1/2 bet is weak. I don;t think he will bet 1/2 with AA, KK, QQ.
When he checks behind turn probably he will try to go to showdown cheap - now he has showdown value but probably not a very strong hand.
You said he is pretty aggro. Probably you are against QTs, Q9s.
However I call river and put a note.

The first decision has to be whether or not we can value bet following villain's turn check. Given a standard 3 bet range BTN vs UTG there's nothing villain plays this way that we beat that can call any kind of a bet. So I agree with the check.

Some players disagree but in general if you don't beat any of villain's value range for betting then calling here is not going to be profitable. Micro stakes players don't bluff enough. It's also a factor that if he wants to bluff with AK AJ then he's always more likely to continue firing on the turn. Not to mention that he can slowplay QQ or pot control with KK+ assuming you can possibly have 4x.

It is exploitable to a degree to fold so easily, but at 10NL and without solid reads finding folds can save you a lot of money.
